  9.       Strcmp - Compare two strings,    ignoring case.

  15.      FUNCTION
  16.       This is a standard implementation of this function, found in
  17.       many C libraries, with the exception that case is ignored.
  18.       In other words, Strcmp("ABC",    "abc") will regard these two
  19.       strings as equal.

  22.       s1,s2    - Pointer to null terminated ascii strings.
  23.  
  24.      RESULTS
  25.       result - returns less    than zero if s1    < s2, returns zero if
  26.           s1 ==    s2, and    returns    greater    than zero if s1    > s2.
